Eleven year old Zoe approached CARE with her fundraising idea this past summer.
This amazing child had been making sandals and selling them to benefit animal welfare
organizations. After a tour of the CARE sanctuary, Zoe announced she would like to
donate the proceeds from her "labor of love" to the big cats of CARE. Soon after came
Zoe's second visit, this time with a check for five hundred dollars. There are no words
that can express the appreciation we all have for the beautiful child Zoe. Please see
